It serves as a genuine indicator of the effectiveness of their academic and administrative performance and their ability to fulfill their mission and achieve their strategic objectives. This commitment is guided by national and international standards that provide a comprehensive framework for ensuring the quality of educational outcomes and enhancing the competitiveness of higher education institutions. 

In line with Horus University’s vision of leadership and excellence, the University has attached great importance to implementing the principles of Total Quality Management and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. It has taken serious and well-planned steps to develop its educational, research, and administrative systems in accordance with the standards of the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education (NAQAAE). These efforts aim to provide distinguished academic programs and prepare graduates equipped with the knowledge, skills, and competencies necessary to compete successfully in the local, regional, and international labor markets, while contributing effectively to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals and Egypt Vision 2030. 

The University has also been committed to establishing a supportive administrative and institutional system that strengthens the educational process through the application of good governance, efficient resource management, institutional performance enhancement, and active community engagement. These efforts contribute to achieving integration among education, scientific research, community service, and environmental development. 

The Quality Assurance Center plays a pivotal role in supporting the University’s pursuit of academic and institutional excellence by promoting a culture of quality, providing technical support to faculties and administrative units, monitoring the implementation of strategic plans, and developing assessment and continuous improvement systems. These efforts enhance the University’s readiness to achieve and sustain both institutional and program accreditation.
