Financial Resources of the Quality Assurance Center
The financial resources of the Quality Assurance Center shall be derived from the following sources:
- Financial allocations assigned to the Center by the University.
- Revenues generated from training programs, workshops, seminars, conferences, and other professional development activities organized by the Center in accordance with the University’s applicable regulations.
- Any other financial resources approved by the University Council if they are consistent with the applicable laws and regulations.
Expenditure
The financial resources of the Center shall be utilized exclusively to achieve its objectives, particularly for the following purposes:
- Implementing quality assurance and accreditation programs.
- Implementing training and capacity-building programs.
- Organizing conferences, seminars, workshops, and scientific forums.
- Conducting internal reviews and field visits to the University’s Faculties.
- Preparing, publishing, and printing manuals, regulations, templates, questionnaires, and reports.
- Purchasing equipment, software, and technological resources required for the Center’s operations.
- Developing databases, information systems, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Engaging experts, consultants, reviewers, and specialists.
- Paying remuneration to working groups, technical committees, and internal reviewers in accordance with the University’s financial regulations.
- Any other expenditures approved by the Board of Directors that directly contribute to achieving the Center’s objectives.
