Being once the far-fetched dream of a group of Medical professors, HUE is an academically enlightening private university initiated in 2013 with the presidential decree no. 199. Established on thirty acres in New Damietta, Egypt, the university’s campus includes ten Faculties providing a wide range of majors that could easily satisfy the students’ diverse academic preference. Throughout the years, HUE has been keen on continuously expanding its academic portfolio. Chronologically speaking, the faculties are: The Faculty of Dentistry, The Faculty of Pharmacy, The Faculty of Physical Therapy, The Faculty of Engineering, The Faculty of Business Administration, The Faculty of Medicine, The Faculty of Applied Health Sciences Technology, The Faculty of Fine Arts and Design, The Faculty of Al-Alsun and Translation, and The Faculty of Artificial Intelligence and Information.
