Strategic Objectives of the Quality Assurance Center

The Quality Assurance Center seeks to achieve the following strategic objectives:

1.

Promote and institutionalize a culture of quality, excellence, and continuous improvement among all members of the University community.

2.

Support the University’s Faculties and academic programs in achieving and maintaining both institutional and academic accreditation.

3.

Develop and implement effective quality assurance, governance, and institutional performance management systems.

4.

Support capacity building and competency development in quality assurance, accreditation, and strategic planning.

5.

Enhance the quality of teaching, learning, assessment, and educational outcomes.

6.

Promote digital transformation in quality assurance processes, documentation, and data management.

7.

Strengthening partnerships with the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education (NAQAAE), universities, and relevant national, regional, and international institutions.

8.

Promote institutional excellence and enhance the University’s competitive position.

9.

Support evidence-based decision-making through institutional and academic studies, analytical reports, and periodic performance evaluations.

10.

Enhance the confidence of society and all stakeholders in the quality of the University’s services and educational outcomes.
