Tasks of the Center
- Technical support to the faculties of the university to complete the establishment of an internal quality system that ensures the fulfillment of the following elements:

- Preparing and approving the administrative structure of the quality assurance units in the faculties of the university.
- Preparation of self-studies.
- Prepare annual self-assessment reports.
- Awareness and training on quality assurance systems and mechanisms and qualification for accreditation with the following elements:

- Spreading awareness of the culture and concepts of quality and accreditation requirements among the university community (faculty members, assistants, students and administrators) as well as participants in the educational process from outside the university.
- Holding training courses and workshops in the university community in the field of quality management.
- Preparing cadres of faculty members by holding TOT courses (training of trainers) in the field of quality management.
- Holding seminars and conferences in the field of quality assurance.
- Develop a system that ensures the continuity of the work of the center and the quality assurance units in the faculties of the university through:

- Finding funding sources for the Quality Assurance Center from within the university (such as training courses and conducting studies related to the center’s activity).
- Spreading the culture of self-evaluation among faculty members, university students and the administrative apparatus through the organization of panel discussions, workshops and courses on quality assurance.
- Coordination of work among all participants in the activities provided by the faculties of the university to achieve the following:

- Ensuring academic and institutional quality and ensuring the quality of research activities and community services provided by the university through an internal system approved by the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education.
- Annual self-assessment of the performance of all elements of the activities of the faculties of the university
- Develop a plan to improve weaknesses, support and enhance strengths, and establish controls to follow up on this plan.
- Internal review of the faculties of the university on a regular and continuous basis to review the extent to which accreditation standards are achieved in the manner of what is done by the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education and the preparation of reports including strengths and points that need to be improved for accreditation standards and the development of the necessary improvement plans through the college councils.
- Establishing a database on the faculties of the university regarding quality activities, quality projects, self-evaluation, and internal and external audit reports.
- Supporting cooperation between the university and the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education to hold training courses for university colleges to the extent to which the criteria for applying for accreditation by the authority are met.
