Student Welfare
The university’s role is not only scientific one, but it exceeds to play major role in all activities that can support the student through his /her study. This will be done through presenting variable programs which prepare the student to face life responsibilities after graduation. This in turn will make the faculty a source of spreading cultural, social, religious and scientific ideas.
Thirty acres were immediately selected to establish Horus campus.
The Student Welfare Office Goals
- Planning social activity and excursions, which include trips, camps, group recreational activities, parties and entertainment competitions. It also includes various competitions such as a chess competition.
- Developing hobbies and highlighting students’ artistic talents such as solo and band playing, theatrical acting, plastic arts.
- Develop manual skills and outdoor activities, such as exploratory camps, afforestation, painting, and carpentry. It is an activity that develops the student’s practical abilities.
- Activating sports activity such as forming sports teams – holding matches – participating in sports activities organized by the university and the university is interested in providing and supporting sports activities with many services
- Provide opportunities for students to freely express their opinions on community issues and participate in solving the problems facing them, as well as for creative students in various fields of literature to show their talents in poetry, story writing and other literary arts.
